are an artist duo based in Ljubljana. Often working at the intersection of malfunction and narrative composition, they create works that probe questions of decay, intuition, and environmental tension. They have exhibited together and individually in spaces including Aksioma, Mala galerija BS, MoTA LAB, the ŠKUC Gallery, Alcatraz Gallery, Kino Šiška, and MAO’s Project Space.
Installed in the former Prvomajska factory, Dwellings in Machinic Passages is a narrative-rich environment that explores how various subjects emerge from, and are shaped by, ruins. The work examines how images of ruins and nature have been codified in cultural narratives, while considering how industrial sites and urban brownfields can serve as fertile grounds for ecological imagination. Through spatial storytelling, Bricelj and Maznik Antić reflect on the afterlives of industry, asking how abandoned infrastructures might become spaces for new ecological thought and forms of dwelling beyond human-centred perspectives.
